privacy policy
Effective October 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how We Stay Dialed (“We Stay Dialed,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our accountability call service (the “Service”). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
Short version: we collect what we need to call you and help you stay on track. We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t record calls. Payments go through Stripe and we never see your full card number. You can ask us to see, fix, or delete your information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email, phone number, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
- Goals and preferences: your long-term goal, short-term goals, time zone, preferred call windows, anything you choose to tell us about yourself, and your call, text, and email consent choices.
- Progress and requests: progress updates, change requests, and messages you send through your account or contact form.
- Things you say on calls: we don’t record calls, but our team writes notes about what you share, what you commit to, and how things went.
Information we create
- Call records: call times, status (completed, missed, rescheduled), outcomes, next steps, and staff notes.
- Updates: the written updates we publish to your account.
Information from payments
- Stripe processes payments. We receive limited billing information from Stripe, like your subscription status, billing dates, the last four digits and brand of your card, and whether a payment succeeded. We never receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected through server logs.
- Cookies: a login cookie to keep you signed in; a visitor identifier; and an attribution cookie that remembers how you first found us (for example, a campaign link or referral code). See “Cookies” below.
Please don’t share sensitive information (like health diagnoses, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers) that isn’t needed for your calls. If you choose to share something sensitive as context for a goal, we use it only to provide the Service to you.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: schedule and make calls, prepare for calls, publish updates, and respond to your requests
- To manage your account, subscription, and payments
- To communicate with you about your calls, account, billing, and changes to our terms, and, if you opt in, other updates
- To keep the Service safe and secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect our team
- To understand which marketing channels bring in people who actually use the Service, and to improve it
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms
3. AI-assisted tools
We use software tools, including AI tools provided by third parties, to help our team work, for example to organize staff-entered call notes, prepare call briefs, draft summaries and updates, and flag follow-ups. A person makes every call, and a person reviews and publishes any update you see in your account. These tools process information under agreements that restrict how the provider may use it. We don’t use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With our team: the people who make calls and run the Service see what they need to do their jobs.
- With service providers who process information for us under contract, such as hosting and database providers, Stripe (payments), email and phone/SMS providers, and software and AI tools that help our team.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; to protect the rights, safety, and property of you, our team, or others; or to enforce our Terms.
- In a business transfer: if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We may also share de-identified or aggregated information that can’t reasonably be used to identify you.
5. Cookies and similar technology
We use a small number of first-party cookies:
- Session: keeps you logged in (required for your account to work).
- Visitor ID: a random identifier that helps us count visits without identifying you by name.
- Attribution: remembers the campaign, content, or referral link you arrived from, for up to 90 days.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you won’t be able to log in without the session cookie. If we add third-party analytics or advertising tools in the future, we’ll update this policy and provide any choices the law requires.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Billing records may be kept for several years as required by law.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited to team members who need it, and separation of private staff notes from customer-visible updates. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we’ll notify you as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
- Account information: view and update your goals, schedule, and contact details in your account.
- Communications: change your call, text, and email preferences in your account; reply STOP to texts; use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. We may still send required account and billing messages.
- Access, correction, deletion, and portability: you can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to opt out of “sales,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or profiling (we don’t do these), to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to appeal a decision about your request. We won’t discriminate against you for using your rights.
To make a request, email us at support@westaydialed.com or use our contact form. We’ll verify your identity (usually by confirming details tied to your account) before acting. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may ask for proof of their authority. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and you can contact your state attorney general if you’re not satisfied with the outcome.
9. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us at support@westaydialed.com or use our contact form and we’ll delete it.
10. Where information is processed
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the U.S. and other countries. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there’s no common standard for responding to them, we don’t currently respond to those signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in your account before they take effect. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it was last updated.
13. Contact
